人事(shi)(shi)管理(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)與(yu)財(cai)政支(zhi)付系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)間的對(dui)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)實現(xian)財(cai)政部門(men)直(zhi)接(jie)利用(yong)人社部門(men)人事(shi)(shi)管理(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的人員及工資(zi)(zi)數(shu)據進(jin)行工資(zi)(zi)發(fa)放。在(zai)每月人社部門(men)完成工資(zi)(zi)變更審核后(hou),對(dui)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)將人事(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中經(jing)審核的人員及工資(zi)(zi)數(shu)據轉換、傳(chuan)輸到財(cai)政統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)發(fa)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中,財(cai)政統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)發(fa)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)直(zhi)接(jie)利用(yong)人事(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的數(shu)據,在(zai)計算各種代扣(kou)項后(hou)進(jin)行工資(zi)(zi)發(fa)放工作。
